Members of the Homecare Association are entitled to a 25% discount off the standard entry fee, reducing the fee from £200 to £150 for each entry. Please complete this form fully, before you click the Submit button. Most importantly make sure you provide your 100-word summary tuned to the category you are entering. The judges will use your 100-word project summary and your submission to evaluate your entry at the first stage of judging.
